To use FrontPage extensions you must first enable the feature within cPanel. Go into your cPanel and click "Install FrontPage Extensions" on the domain or subdomain you want them on.
If you have ever connected with FTP, it will corrupt your frontpage extensionsand will require you to reinstall the extensions. Go into your cPanel, click "Uninstall FrontPage Extensions" and reinstall them.
