What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, Check and money orders, or verified paypal. You can choose your credit card to be automatically charged or be sent a monthly invoice.

What are your network connections?
Remly Communications is multi-homed with two 100 mbps connections to Aleron & ServerCentral in the Equinix facility in Chicago. We ensure that our network capacity will never exceed 50%. All servers will be on a 100 mbps connection by default.

How is bandwidth measured?
All bandwidth is billed based on the "95% percentile rule" for outgoing bandwidth ONLY. Your bandwidth will be rounded up to the closest 128k to cover the inbound traffic fees. The 95th percentile is the smallest number that is greater than 95% of the numbers in a given set. 95 percentile accounting, or the "95% rule," is an industry standard method to allocate and bill for bandwidth usage by co-located or dedicated servers.

Can I have adult content on my website?
Yes, we allow adult content on our network.
